Report a parking problem where restrictions are in place

Newcastle Parking Services Enforcement Officers can issue Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles parked in contravention of a parking restriction.

If you wish to request enforcement action because a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, please contact the Customer Response Team with the details of the vehicle, i.e. vehicle registration number, make and model of the vehicle and the location where it is parked.  They can be contacted on 0191 278 7799 (all days between 8.00am and 10.00pm).  

Report a parking problem where there are no restrictions

Newcastle Parking Services Enforcement Officers are unable to issue Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles if there are no parking restrictions in place.

 If the parking issue relates to a vehicle causing an obstruction, please contact Northumbria Police with details of the vehicle causing the obstruction using the non-emergency 101 telephone number.
