It includes Amazing Places - services from conception to two-years as part of Sure Start.  This includes play and early learning classes, parenting skills support, ante-natal and breastfeeding.  Early Help family support for children up to 19 covering issues such as school attendance and emotional well-being.

Free childcare for 2, 3 and 4-year olds is available at a number of primary schools. Working parents of 3-4year olds may be eligible for up to 30 hours of free childcare. Ring 0191 211 5700 for more information.
