These remote advice sessions will be carried out every other Thursday on 16 and 30 December, 13 and 27 January, 10 and 24 February, 10 and 24 March and so on. On these dates between 10.00am and 12.30pm residents can ring 0191 2772633 and ask to speak to a Welfare Rights Officer who will be available between 10.00am and 12.30pm.
